The fee includes four cheeses, two meats, a selection of dried and fresh fruits, fresh herbs, crackers or flatbread, and a 9” bamboo disposable board. All tools will be provided for use during class (not included for take-home use).

The third class features an online screening of Left Bank, a new documentary by Lisa Reznik Meyers, which brings these writers and their world to life.
