Learn practical self-defense tactics for a variety of scenarios, taught by a seasoned instructor and owner of the University of Martial Arts in Waterbury, CT. The course combines lecture with hands-on practice, covering grappling from different angles and defensive striking tactics. Gain confidence and essential survival skills in a supportive environment. Mats will be provided, and students are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and sneakers.
