This course will introduce you to your DSLR or mirrorless digital camera, teaching you how to use its settings to capture consistently better images with strong compositions. Learn about the “exposure triangle”, how to handle challenging lighting, and the fundamentals of good composition. Students must bring their digital cameras - cell phones are not permitted.

Learn to Speak Italian: Beginner Level (Online)

You will be guided through the process of creating a salami flower, a kiwi star, a provolone rose, and much more! The fee includes four cheeses, two meats, a selection of dried and fresh fruits, fresh herbs, crackers or flatbread, and a 9” bamboo disposable board. All tools will be provided for use during class (not included for take-home use).
