Upon arrival, go behind the scenes of the CIA for an exclusive look at the world of professional food preparation. Participate in an interactive demonstration exploring the science of taste, and tour Roth Hall, the heart of the CIA, where culinary magic comes to life.

Food enthusiasts will delight in a full-course luncheon at the Caterina De Medici Restaurant, featuring authentic regional Italian cuisine prepared by CIA students under the guidance of world-class faculty. Enjoy your meal in a sophisticated dining room overlooking a stunning herb and rose garden. After lunch, browse the CIA’s gift shop and bakery before returning home.
