To schedule your test, please sign up through our registration system.
On Test Day:
- Bring a valid, current photo ID and present it to the staff in the Computer Lab.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the Computer Lab.

How to Play the Accordion: Intermediate Level (In-Person) New England Accordion Connection
with Angelo Paul Ramunni
In this intermediate course, led by the owner of the New England Accordion Connection & Museum Company in North Canaan, CT, you will further explore how to play the accordion and how to read musical notes. Although registered students will play available accordions on-site during class, students must have access to a piano-style accordion at home to practice their homework. An optional but strongly recommended textbook will be available for purchase in class for $25, payable directly to the instructor. Additionally, there is an optional $50 charge for sheet music, and accordions will also be available for purchase for those who wish to buy their own.
Make a Self-Care Kit (In-Person) Watertown

Take a moment for yourself while learning how to create self-care products. Create blended bath salts or foot soaks and a roll-on essential oil perfume. We will create our kit with other add-ins and recipe sheets included. A $25 supply fee is payable to the instructor at the first class

Design and create wearable art to take home while learning the basic techniques of cutting, foiling, and soldering stained glass to create earrings and a matching pendant. A $20 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the first class.
Sea Glass Wire Wrapping 101 (In-Person) Watertown

Learn how to wire up anything found on a beach. Choose from beautiful sea glass and colorful allergen-free wire to make two pendant necklaces, perfect for gift giving! Two different wiring techniques will be shown. A $25 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the first class.

Learn how to spot the clues that matter when you see a new bird—and how to use them to figure out exactly what species it is.

Metal Stamping Workshop (In-Person) Watertown

In this class, you can borrow all of our tools to create your statement cuff bracelet. Bring a short phrase to stamp into an allergen-free cuff bracelet. A $30 supply fee is payable to the instructor at the first class and includes all materials as well as the use of tools such as a hammer, base, and various fonts.

Learn more about preparing for retirement with your Connecticut State teacher’s Retirement. We will explain when you are eligible for your retirement benefits and explain the terms. The course also covers your retirement benefit payout options which is the pension and annuity options as well as your beneficiary options.
