This class is for people who want to greet and have a simple conversation with Deaf people. Taught by an ASL college professor, this course introduces students to the history of American Sign Language (ASL) with an understanding of Deaf Culture. Participants will learn ASL grammar and signs to introduce themselves and carry on a basic conversation with Deaf people.
