​Participate in an 8-hour in-person review session conducted by a certified ServSafe® instructor. After completing the review, you'll take the online exam accredited by the National Restaurant Association. Both the review session and exam are held at EdAdvance, 355 Goshen Road, Litchfield.

The book is included in the course fee, will be mailed to students, and should be reviewed before the start of class.
